The vision of a Women Empowerment Cell is often to create a society where women have equal opportunities, rights, and status in all spheres of life. This includes fostering an environment where women can realize their full potential and contribute actively to the development of society.

Mission
* To empower them in raising their voice against Gender Discrimination, Injustice, Violence.

* To provide skill development programs, training workshops, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance women’s capabilities.

Objectives
* To promote intellectual and cultural activities for overall personality development of girl students.

* To enable women to make informed choices in areas like education, gender equality, employment, and health especially reproductive health & hygienic.

* To help them in character building, develop decision making abilities, leadership skills and be self-dependent.

* To enhance their participation on an equal footing in all areas.

* To make women aware of their rights, and help them stand against all kinds of discrimination and exploitation in the society.
