Women Empowerment Cell

Women Empowerment Cell in the college campus is to empower and safeguard the rights of faculty, staff and students of the College. A Women Empowerment Cell typically focuses on promoting gender equality, enhancing the status of women, and empowering them socially, economically, and politically.

Objectives

To promote intellectual and cultural activities for overall personality development of girl students.

To enable women to make informed choices in areas like education, gender equality, employment, and health especially reproductive health & hygienic.

To help them in character building, develop decision making abilities, leadership skills and be self-dependent

To enhance their participation on an equal footing in all areas.

To make women aware of their rights, and help them stand against all kinds of discrimination and exploitation in the society.

Vision

The vision of a Women Empowerment Cell is often to create a society where women have equal opportunities, rights, and status in all spheres of life. This includes fostering an environment where women can realize their full potential and contribute actively to the development of society.

Mission

To empower them in raising their voice against Gender Discrimination, Injustice, Violence. To provide skill development programs, training workshops, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance women’s capabilities.
